Toothmonk Affiliate Program FAQ

1) What is the Toothmonk Affiliate Program? What are the benefits of joining TAP?

Toothmonk Affiliate Program (TAP) is a program run by Toothmonk that allows external content publishers to serve automatic text, image, video, or interactive media advertisements from the Toothmonk that are targeted to publisher’s content and audience and divert traffic to Toothmonk.

Toothmonk Affiliates can earn every time a user makes a purchase on the Toothmonk app/website.

 

2) Do I have to pay something to join TAP?

No. Joining TAP is absolutely free of cost. All you have to do is fill up the form. 

3) What are the criteria’s of being an affiliate?

If you are an individual blogger/influencer/content creator with a social media page where you can promote products, you can be a part of the Toothmonk Affiliate Program.

4) What are the criteria’s of getting approved by TAP?

Ensure that all your social media/blog information is true and organic and all your account information is filled out well and correctly.

5) How long will it take to get an approval of my profile?

It can take up to 2 weeks to get approval on your profile. A confirmation mail is sent once your profile has been approved.

6) Can I apply again if I have gotten rejected once?

Yes, we accept application per email id and rejected email ids can apply again.

TAP links redirect your viewers to the Toothmonk platforms, they do not get any additional benefits. They can receive Coupon Codes based on the campaign.

8) How can I join the Toothmonk Affiliate Program?

9) What’s next when I get approved on TAP?

As soon as your details on Toothmonk Affiliate Program get approved, you get an approval email and access where you get further access to program details. 

10) What if the customer returns or cancels the order?

Please note that if a customer cancels or returns an order, you will not be paid commission for it.

The commission is calculated only once the order is fully complete and successful.

11) What is the payment cycle?
You will receive a detailed email with the number of orders, revenue and final commission by the end of the said month + 45 days.
15-20 days later the amount will be credited into your account.
So, for example, March’s detailed payment email will hit your inbox on 30th April, and the payment will hit your account between 15-30th May latest.
12) What are the payment options? Can I get a cash payment?

We do not offer cash payment yet. Your payment will directly get transferred to your bank account, all we require are your bank account details, pan card and cancelled cheque.

13) If someone adds more than one product to their cart through the affiliate link/code, will I get paid just for the product link/code or everything in the cart?

Any product added to cart through the affiliate link/code within 48 hours will be commissioned to your Affiliate ID.

14) What are the requirements to process a payment?

To process any payment we would require your bank account details, a PAN Card as well as a cancelled cheque. If you have a GST number, we would require you to raise a GST invoice to process your payment.

15) Are the reports updated real time?

Reports are updated every 24-48 hours.

16) I don't have a PAN Card, can i still sign up for the program?

No, we require PAN card details to process commission payments and hence it’s a necessity.
